If your PC is doing weird things or simply not even booting up, we'll find the cause and rectify the issue for you.
- Back-up your important data
Before we perform any tasks on your PC, we ensure you have a valid backup of your important data.
- Re-install operating system if required
Sometimes it may be required to Re-install your operating system to get rid of any nasty problems that are unrepairable, or if you simply want to start from scratch (return your PC to it's factory settings).
- Install latest updates and service packs
It is very critical that your operating system has the latest updates and service packs, we will ensure your PC is 100% up to date and protected.
- Install FREE antivirus software
If you haven't already purchased antivirus software, we recommend using NOD32 Internet Security. Alternatively, we can install FREE antivirus software.
- Setup new PC or other hardware
We'll setup your new PC or add hardware that you've recently purchased.
- Setup Internet modem or Wireless router
If you've just got broadband internet and need to setup your new modem, we'll take care of it.
- Provide the installation of Printers
We'll gladly install and configure any printer that you have, whether it's USB or Network supported.
